Transcription Rates

We have simplified our transcription rates to make it easier than ever. Our preferred billing is by per recorded minute of audio.  Determine the number of speakers in your audio or video file.  Identify if you have any other variables that may affect your audio, and choose how quickly you want your transcript back.

Factors that increase the time it takes to transcribe your audio and video, and therefore it increases the rate:

• Number of speakers
• Poor sound quality
• Entering time codes
• Strong accents
• Researching terminology or verifying places and locations
• Turn around time – if you need it in 24 to 48 hours
• Length of audio
