1:00 pm WEBINAR: Raising a Purple Cow: How to stand out in a crowded marketplace

http://raisingapurplecow.eventbrite.com

What small businesses and entrepreneurs need most are customers. After all, if you don’t have customers, you don’t have a business.

However, customer acquisition and retention can be one of the most challenging aspects of managing your business.

  • How do you position yourself in the marketplace?
  • How can customers quickly compare you to your competition?
  • Is it better for an entrepreneur or small business to be good or different?
  • How do first-time customers know the difference?
  • This webinar answers these questions and presents some marketing strategies that can help you stand out in a crowded and competitive marketplace.
The first three registrants receive a free telephone consulting session to be scheduled after the webinar is over.

11:30 am Small Business Dashboard: 10 Numbers Every Entrepreneur Must Know

The dashboard in your car and your GPS helps you to successfully reach your destination. In this workshop, you will create a dashboard and a measurement GPS that will do the same for your business.

We will calculate the 10 most important numbers for your business success. These are the things that you need to know, monitor, measure and manage to make sure that your business successfully reaches its destination; your definition of business success.

When you leave the workshop, you will be able to calculate:

  • Your Time inventory.
  • Your Skills inventory.
  • The real value of your time.
  • Ideal Revenue thresholds.
  • Your product price and value.
  • Your Sell cycle.
  • Your Closing rate.
  • The Proposal/offer volume you need.
  • The Pipeline size you need
  • The real value of your customers.

This workshop will give you processes to continually monitor, measure and adjust these numbers as your business changes.

All worksheets and reference material will be provided. If, like me, you have lost the ability to do math in your head, you will need to bring a calculator or have access to one on your laptop or smartphone.

Please feel free to bring your lunch.
P.S. First three registered participants receive one complimentary consulting session after the workshop.
