| From time to time Alternate Office Solutions will need assistance to complete a project. In those cases we look for
individuals to sub-contract work out to.
Don't be fooled, sometimes the projects we have are simple and straightforward word processing,
data entry, transcription, etc., but more times than not, the projects we get are for individuals with a higher skill set than most. Companies tend to outsource the more difficult and time consuming projects, which is why your skills
must be of the advance level.

All sub-contractors will receive a 1099 by the 31st of January the following year. A sub-contractor
(independent contractor) must follow the guidelines published by the IRS, "Independent Contractor or Employee".
